Our Story
[ FOUNDED IN 1999 ]
Over two decades of honing our skills as Builder/Contractors
Next Level Home Performance was founded in 1999 in Elk Grove California as Elk Grove Remodeling & Construction. Michael C. Newsom, our founder, worked more than two decades in the trades before assembling his team of in-house, dedicated professionals that today collectively offer the “Next Level Remodeling” experience.
Today we focus on what we started with: building custom homes, with a team that has been doing it since 1999
[ Leading With Excellence ]
Every job finished. Every time.
Every project we have started, we have finished: a 100% completion record since 1999.
